I know I mentioned this in a previous post, but I love holiday cards. I love sending them and I love receiving them. No, they aren’t “green” and yes, they are a bit old school but there is something very special about sending best wishes to those near and far during the holidays and I refuse to let it go.
This year we’ll be sending out about 130 holiday cards. I do not receive 130 cards back but we get about half that amount. Still, I don’t send cards to get cards in return. I do this to spread holiday cheer in one of the most classic, authentic ways possible.
Looking for a cool card? Want something new and different? Here are some sites that offer great holiday cards.
MOMA – quirky, cool but a bit expensive
Minted – great site that offers cards from a long list of paper designers (this is where our cards are from this year!)
Tiny Prints – another great online store that has a wide variety of creative cards
Crane – this classic line has been pleasantly updated with some modern designs and the opportunity to personalize
Paper Source – lots of pretty options, especially letterpress designs
Oh and don’t forget to buy holiday postage stamps and a personalized ink stamp (see previous post) for that little something extra!
